Disclosure
This page details who operates RacketStack, the relationships we have with the products we cover, and how we handle conflicts of interest. Transparency on these points is non-negotiable.
Who operates RacketStack
RacketStack is operated by the same team that runs three other racket-sports properties:
- PadelLocos — padel court and club discovery
- Rallyo — padel tournament and Americano organizer
- padeltrainer.ai — AI padel coaching
These three properties are listed in our directory and are reviewed by us. When a sister-property listing appears on a category page or in a guide, you'll see a clear visible disclosure that we operate that product. Reviews of sister properties are cross-validated by an outside reviewer before publication.
Sponsorship and featured placements
We sell two paid placement tiers — Featured and Premium — clearly labeled with a "Sponsored" badge on every visible surface. Sponsored placements appear in a separate row above the organic ranking, never blended in.
What sponsorship buys: visibility (homepage feature carousel, sport-hub feature row, category-page top slot), the ability to claim and edit your own listing in our system, a lead-form on your listing page, and analytics access.
What sponsorship does NOT buy: position in editorial rankings. The organic ranking is based on our scoring rubric alone. Sponsorship does not influence what number a product ranks in any "Best X" article. This is the line that protects editorial credibility, and we will not cross it.
Affiliate links
Some outbound product links on RacketStack are affiliate links — meaning we earn a commission if a reader signs up or purchases through them. All affiliate links carry the rel="sponsored" attribute per Google's guidelines and are clearly identifiable. Affiliate relationships do not influence our scoring or rankings. Reviews are scored before affiliate links are added. We publish negative reviews of products we have affiliate relationships with when warranted.
User reviews
User-submitted reviews appear separately from our editorial scoring. They show as an aggregate user rating distinct from the editorial score — never blended. User reviews are moderated before publication to filter spam, abuse, and undisclosed vendor self-reviews. Vendors are explicitly not permitted to submit user reviews of their own products under any pseudonym.
Vendor claim and editing
Vendors can claim their listing and propose edits. Claimed listings go through email verification (the email address must match the vendor's domain). Proposed edits are reviewed by our editorial team before they go live — vendors cannot directly modify their listing's published content, score, or review.
Sponsored content and guest posts
We do not currently accept paid guest posts or sponsored editorial articles. If we ever begin to (which would be in phase 2), they will be marked as "Sponsored content" at the top of the article and excluded from organic rankings on our roundups and listicles.
What we do NOT do
- We do not accept payment in exchange for organic editorial coverage.
- We do not let vendors review their own products.
- We do not blend sponsored and editorial rankings.
- We do not write reviews based solely on vendor-supplied materials — every published review is hands-on tested by us.
- We do not use AI to generate primary review content. We may use AI for research synthesis, citation lookup, and formatting, but the substance of every review — the verdict, the score, the recommendation — is determined by a human reviewer.
